Desde el fin de semana después de la época de lluvias, la temperatura ha subido bruscamente, haciendo calor durante unos días. Afortunadamente, por la noche, no hace mucho calor. Así que me siento cómodo de camino a casa y antes de irme a dormir. Pero a menudo me despierto temprano en la mañana y tiendo a no dormir lo suficiente debido al aumento repentino de temperatura en la mañana.

Since last weekend after the rainy season, the temperature has risen sharply, being hot for a few days. Fortunately, at night, it has not very hot. So I feel comfortable on my way home and before going to sleep. But I usually wake up early in the morning and tend not to get enough sleep due to the sudden rise in temperature in the morning.

先週末の梅雨明け以降、気温が一気に上がり、連日猛暑が続いている。幸いにも夜はまだそれほど暑くないので、帰宅中は快適だし、就寝中も寝つきが良い。ただ、明け方になると急に温度が上がるため、朝早くに目が覚めてしまって寝不足になりがちだ。
