No he dormido bien por tener una pesadilla. No puedo recordar cómo fue, pero fue espeluznante. Tengo sueño y mi cuerpo está un poco pesado debido al sueño.

I didn't sleep well to have a nightmare. I can't remember what it was like, but it was creepy. I'm sleepy and my body is kind of heavy due to the dream.

昨晩は悪い夢を見たせいであまり良く眠れなかった。どんな夢だったかは覚えていないが、とにかく不気味だった。そのせいで今日は眠いし身体もなんだか重い。
