Ayer fue un día libre. En la mañana, tras de meditación y lectura, tomé una lección nativa por treinta minutos desde las diez treinta. Entonces almorcé y estudié español con Duolingo y videos de YouTube. A menudo tengo sueño por la tarde, pero ayer no lo tenía. En la noche, repasé un cuaderno que he hecho, editándolo. Y jugué juegos. Era medianoche antes de que me diera cuenta. Al final me quedé en casa todo el día. Fui a la cama pensando que debería haber dado un paseo.

Yesterday was a day off. In the morning, after meditation and reading, I took a native lesson for thirty minutes from ten thirty. Then I had lunch and studied Spanish with Duolingo and YouTube videos. I'm often sleepy at the evening but yesterday I was not. In the night, I ran over a notebook that I have made, while editing it. And I played games. It was midnight before I knew it. Eventually, I stayed home all day. I went to bed with thinking I should have taken a walk.

昨日は仕事がお休みだった。午前中に瞑想と読書をして、10時半からはネイティブレッスンを30分間行った。その後は昼食を取り、DuolingoやYouTube動画でスペイン語の勉強をした。夕方になるとよく眠くなるが、昨日はそれほど眠くならなかった。夜は自作の文法ノートを編集しつつ復習し、その後はゲームで遊んだ。いつの間にか夜中になっていた。丸一日、家の中で過ごしてしまった。天気が良かったから散歩くらい行けばよかったと少し後悔しながら眠りについた。
