Durante unos días, la línea no es buena de vez en cuando. De hecho, cuando estaba escribiendo un diario ayer, no se conectó muy bien a internet. En ese momento, el trabajo de construcción solo se estaba haciendo en el barrio así que podría haber sido la causa.

For a few days, the line sometimes is not good. In fact, when I was writing a diary yesterday, it didn't connect to the internet very well. At that time, the construction work just was being done in the neighborhood so it might have been the cause.

この頃、回線の調子が良くないことがある。昨日もブログを書いてるときにネットに繋ぎにくくなった。その時、ちょうど近所で工事していたのだが、それが原因になっていたのかもしれない。

conectarse　⇔　connect：つながる

en ese momento　⇔　at that time：その時　

S se estaba haciendo　⇔　S was being done：Sが行われていた（進行中だった）

podría haber sido　⇔　might have been：～だったのかもしれない
