Compré una máscara de ojos hace unos días y me la pongo cada noches para evitar frotarme los ojos. Cuando tenía mucha picazón de los ojos, me levanté muchas veces a causa de frotarme inconscientemente los ojos mientras dormía. Ahora la picazón está mejorando pero, antes de dormir, llevo la máscara y pongo una gota para los ojos a mi lado por si acaso. Sin embargo, honestamente, no sé si ha sido útil la máscara. Al levantarme, nunca ha estado en la posición de los ojos. Me pregunto si siempre no puedo dormir bien.

I bought an eye mask a few days ago and put on it every night to avoid rubbing the eyes. When the eyes were very itchy, I got up many times because of rubbing unconsciously the eyes while sleeping. Now the itching is getting better but, before sleeping, I wear the eye mask and put an eye drop by my side just in case. However, honestly, I don't know if the eye mask has been useful. When waking up, It has never been in the position of the eyes. I wonder if I can't always sleep well.

この頃アイマスクを新しく購入し、毎晩それを付けて寝ている。目をこするのを防ぐためだ。目のかゆみがひどい時は寝ている間に無意識で目をこすっていて、そのたびに何度も目が覚めていた。今は目のかゆみもなくなってきたのだが、寝る時には念のためアイマスクを付けて、目薬も手の届く場所に置いてある。しかし実際のところアイマスクが役に立っているかは微妙だ。朝起きたとき、それが目の位置にあったことは今日までに一度もない。今朝は首に巻かれていたし、枕カバーの中から出てきた日だってあった。僕はそれほどにも寝相が悪いのだろうか。
