Anoche, no pude dormir mucho. Rasguñé los ojos mientras dormía porque me sentí picazón. Siempre me despierto debido a está acción. Además no puedo dormir por un momento por arrepentimiento que rasguñé los ojos. Entonces he tenido sueño. Tomo gotas para los ojos antes de dormir pero también me gustaría comprar una máscara de ojos para dejender de rasguñar los ojos.

Last night, I couldn't get sleep well. I scratched the eyes while sleeping because I felt itchy. I always wake up because of this action. Also I can't sleep for a moment due to regret that I scratched the eyes. So I've been sleepy. I take eye-drops before sleeping but I'd also like to buy an eye-mask for defending from scratching the eyes.

昨日はあまりよく眠れなかった。目がかゆくて寝てる間に目を掻いてしまい、その動作でいつも目が覚める。さらに目を掻いてしまった後悔でしばらく眠れなくなってしまう。おかげで今も眠い。寝る前に目薬はしてるんだけど、目を掻いてしまうのを防止するためにアイマスクも買おうかな。
