Durante unos días, no hice meditación que había decidido hacer todos los días. Aunque la olvidé sólo un día, no tenía la motivación para hacerla desde el día siguiente. Hoy la he hecho. Después de hacer meditación durante unos diez minutos, he podido concentrarme en los trabajos posteriores. La haré todos los días con confirmar su efecto de nuevo y decidir adecuadamente cuándo hacerla.
For a few days, I didn't meditation that I had decided to do every day. Although I just forgot it only one day, I didn't have a motivation to do it from the next day. Today, I have done it. After doing meditation for about ten minutes, I was able to concentrate on the subsequent works. I will do it every day with confirming its effect again and deciding properly when to do it.
ここ数日、瞑想をしていなかった。瞑想は毎朝やるようにしていたが、一度やり忘れると次の日は瞑想する気が起きなくなっていた。今日は数日ぶりに瞑想をやった。10分ほど瞑想するとゾーンに入ったような感覚になって、その後の作業も捗った。瞑想の効果を再確認し、いつ行うかもちゃんと決めて、毎日続けていこうと思う。

En la lección nativa de ayer, saqué un tema y hablé durante más tiempo. Sólo había estado escuchando lo que dijo la profesora. Así que creí que casi perdí la oportunidad de hablar español. Hablaré activamente con valorar escuchar.
In the native lesson of yesterday, I brought up a theme and talked for a longer time. I had been just listening to what the teacher said. So, I thought I almost missed the opportunity to speak Spanish. I will talk actively with valuing to listen.
昨日のネイティブレッスンでは、なるべく自分から話題を切り出したり、自分の話を長めにするようにした。今までは先生の言うことを聞くだけのことが多く、せっかくのスペイン語を話す機会を活かし切れていないと感じていた。聞くことも大事にしながら、これからは積極的に話していきたいと思う。

Ayer hacía demasiado frío. Aunque hacía calor por la mañana, la temperatura bajó drásticamente desde la tarde. Fui al trabajo llevando ropa ligera así que tenía mucho frío de camino a casa del trabajo. Estoy preocupado por mi ropa un día en el que la temperatura cambia considerablemente, como ayer.
Yesterday was too cold. Although it was warm in the morning, the temperature went down dramatically from the afternoon. I went to work wearing light clothes so I got very cold on my way home from work. I'm worried about my clothes on a day when the temperature changes considerably, like yesterday.
昨日は寒すぎた。午前中は暖かかったのに、午後から気温が急に下がった。薄着で出勤したので、帰宅中はとても冷えた。昨日のように気温の差が激しい日は服装に悩む。

Hoy no tengo mucho tiempo porque me he dormido demasiado. Así que escribiré más corto de lo usual. Ayer jugué "Sudoku", que solía jugar tanto por primera vez en mucho tiempo. Había olvidado cómo jugarlo pero lo recordé pronto. Lo jugué siendo absorbido mucho hasta las dos de la mañana. Entonces me he dormido demasiado.
Today, I don't have lots of time because I overslept. So I will write shorter than usual. Yesterday, I played "Sudoku", which I would play a lot for the first time in a long time. I had forgotten how to play it but I remembered it soon. I played it getting absorbed so much until two in the morning. So I overslept.
今日は寝坊してあまり時間がないので、いつもより短く書いてみる。昨日は久しぶりに、昔よく遊んでた数独をやった。やり方をほとんど忘れていたが、すぐに思い出した。熱中しすぎて深夜2時までやっていた。だから今日は寝坊した。

Ayer vi una película en PrimeVideo. Por lo general, no tiene subtítulos en inglés. Entonces conocí una extención de Chrome que tiene subtítulos en varios idiomas. Así que la usé. No sólo tiene subtítulos, pero también sus líneas siempre se muestran en el lado derecho, Y las líneas me llevan a las escenas haciendo clic en ellas. ¡Qué maravilla! Debería haberlo conocido más temprano.
Yesterday, I watched a movie on PrimeVideo. It usually has no English subtitles. Then I knew a Chrome extension that has subtitles in various languages. So I used it. It has not only subtitles, but also its lines are always displayed on the right side, and the lines lead me to the scenes by clicking them. How amazing! I should have known it earlier.
昨日はプライムビデオで映画を観た。プライムビデオでは普通、英語字幕のないものが多いが、Chromeの拡張機能で様々な言語の字幕を付けられることを知った。さらに、字幕が付くだけでなく、右側には常に台詞が表示されていて、台詞をクリックするとそのシーンに飛べる。めっちゃ便利だ。もっと早く知っておけばよかった。

Hoy voy a leer varios libros y artículos en español. Mi habilidad de lectura ha estado avanzando poco a poco pero todavía no puedo entender el significado al instante y, a menudo, lo traduzco al japonés. Seguiré leyendo con el fin de entender oraciones en español sin traducirlas.
Today, I'm going to read several books and articles in Spanish. My reading ability has been advancing little by little but I still can't understand the meaning instantly and usually translate it into Japanese. I will keep reading in order to understand Spanish sentences without translating them.
今日は色々なスペイン語の本や記事を読んでいく予定だ。リーディングスキルは徐々に上がってはいるものの、まだ意味を瞬時に理解できず、日本語に変換することも多い。将来的にはスペイン語のままイメージできるように、地道にコツコツ量をこなしていこうと思う。

Anoche también me lavé la nariz. Me dormí bien y la nariz tapada no había venido hasta esta mañana. Pero me he despertado una vez. No sé por qué me despierto a las cinco todas las mañanas. He creído que siempré me despierto es debido a la nariz tapada. Pero parece que no es toda la causa.
I washed my nose last night as well. I fell asleep well and the stuffy nose had not come until this morning. But I woke up once. I don't know why I wake up at five every morning. That I always wake up is due to the stuffy nose, I have thought. But it seems that's not all the cause.
昨晩も「鼻洗浄」をやってみた。寝つきが良く、朝まで鼻づまりはなかったのだが、なぜか一度目が覚めてしまった。毎朝5時頃に一度目が覚めてしまうのはどうしてなんだろう。今までは鼻づまりのせいだと思っていたが、どうやらそれだけではなさそうだ。
