Desde hace unos días, la picazón en los ojos se ha mejorado pero, a menudo, tengo una nariz tapada. Esa viene especialmente mientras duermo y, a veces, me despierto porque es difícil de respirar debido a la nariz tapada. tomé medidas contra esa ayer. Aprendí en internet que lavarse propia nariz era bueno. El efecto fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Mi nariz se volvió limpia y me dormí mejor. Pero fue temporal. Esa ha venido y me he despertado al amanecer.
From a few days ago, itching the eyes has improved but I often have a stuffy nose. It comes especially while sleeping and I sometimes wake up because I'm hard to breath due to the stuffy nose. I took measure aginst it yesterday. I learned on the internet that washing own nose was good. The effect was better than I expected. My nose became clean and I fell asleep better. But it was temporary. It came and I woke up at sunrise.
この頃、目のかゆみは収まったものの、鼻がつまることが多くなった。寝ている時が特にひどく、息が苦しくて目が覚めることもあった。鼻づまりを解消するために昨日ネットで調べていたら、「鼻洗浄」が良いというのを知った。ぬるま湯に塩を少し入れて、ストローでそれを鼻に入れて洗う。昨晩、さっそく試してみた。効果は思った以上に大きく、鼻づまりが解消されて寝つきも良くなった。しかしその効果は一時的で、明け方に鼻づまりを起こして目が覚めてしまった。

Ayer vi videos sobre el función del computador y atajos de teclado útiles. Había muchas cosas que no había sabido así que sus contenidos me sorprendió mucho. Me di cuenta de que tenía muy poco conocimiento de sus funciones aunque lo he estado usando durante muchos años. Aprendí tanto en un sólo día. Usaré lo que he aprendido tanto como sea posible para dominarlos.
Yesterday, I watched videos about computer function and useful keyboard shortcuts. There were a lot of things I had not known so its contents were very surprising me. I realized that I had very little knowledge of its functions even though I have been using it for many years. I learned so much in just one day. I will use what I have learned as much as possible to master them.
昨日はパソコンの機能や便利なショートカットに関する動画をいくつか見た。知らないことだらけでとても衝撃を受けた。今まで何年もパソコンを使ってきたのに、ごく一部の機能しか知らなかったのだと痛感した。一気に色々な事を覚えたので忘れてしまいそうだが、覚えたことをなるべく実践して使いこなせるようになっていきたい。

Hoy estoy escribiendo este diario después de tomar la lección nativa. Llevo tomando la lección seis meses. Todavía no puedo captar completamente los sonidos en español pero he podido entenderlos poco a poco. Además mi español es muy lento y difícil de escuchar pero ahora puedo comunicarme con más precisión que antes.
Today, I'm writing this diary after taking the native lesson. I have been taking the lesson for six months. I can't still completely catch the sounds in Spanish but I have been able to understand it little by little. Also, my Spanish is very slow and hard to hear but now, I can communicate more accurately than before.
今日はネイティブレッスンをした後、この日記を書いている。ネイティブレッスンを始めてからもう半年以上が経った。まだスペイン語を完全に聞き取ることはできないが、なんとなく何を言っているか理解できるようになった。また、僕のスペイン語はとてもゆっくりで聞き取りにくいと思うけど、以前よりも正確に伝えられるようになった。

Hace unos días, cuando buscaba videos en YouTube que me interesaban, encontré un video cómo hacer PowerPoint. Cuando era estudiante, sólo lo aprendé a la ligera y nunca he usado en la práctica. Ya que casi lo he olvidado. Quiero poder manejarlo cuando ese sea necesario. Decidí aprenderlo incluso al principio sólo.
A few days ago, when I was seeking videos on YouTube that I was interested in, I found a video how to do PowerPoint. When I was a student, I just learn it lightly and I have never used it in practice. So I have almost forgotten it. I want to be able to handle it when It's necessary. I decided to learn it even the beginning only.
数日前、YouTubeで見たい動画を探していたらパワーポイントのやり方についての動画に当たった。パワーポイントは学生の頃に少し習っただけで、実際に使ったこともなかったのでほとんど忘れていた。いざというときに扱えるようになっておきたいので、さわりだけでも学んでみることにした。

Comí demasiado ayer. Siempre sólo almuerzo - una comida al día - pero también comí udon para la cena. Lo comí por primera vez en unos años. Fue muy rico. Como comí mucho en la noche, me sentí un poco de culpable. Pero creo que está bien siempre que sólo lo haga de vez en cuando.
I ate too much yesterday. I always have only lunch - one meal a day - but I also ate udon for dinner. I ate it for the first time in a few years. It tasted very good. As I ate a lot on the night, I felt a little guilt. But I think that's ok as long as I just do it once in a while.
昨日は食べ過ぎた。僕はいつも昼食のみの一日一食だが、昨日は夜にうどんを食べた。うどんを食べるのは数年ぶりで、とてもおいしかった。夜にガッツリ食べたから多少の罪悪感はあったけど、たまにはいいでしょ。

Hoy hace muy buen tiempo. Esta mañana, Fui a un banco y una tienda de conveniencia y di un paseo en un parque cercano. En el parque, hay muchas flores de cerezo en plena floración y estas son muy hermosas. Muchas personas han estado caminando y viéndolas. Después de regresar del paseo, he hecho meditación, leído y almorzado y luego, a las doce y veinte, Estoy escribiendo este diario ahora mismo. Cuando termino de escribirlo, dormiré un poco porque he tenido sueño.
Today is very good weather. This morning, I went to a bank and a convenience store and took a walk in a nearby park. In the park, there are a lot of cherry blossoms in full bloom and these are very beautiful. Many people were walking and viewing them. After returning from the walk, I did meditation, read and had lunch and then, at twelve twenty, I'm writing this diary right now. When I finish writing it, I will sleep a little bit because I have been sleepy.
今日はとても良い天気だ。今朝、銀行とコンビニに行くついでに、近くの公園を散歩した。公園内は桜が満開でとても綺麗だった。また、そこでは多くの人たちが散歩したり花見をしていた。散歩から帰ったら瞑想と読書をして昼食を取り、12時20分現在このブログを執筆中だ。段々と眠たくなってきたので、書き終わったら少し昼寝をしようと思う。

Desde hace unos días, mi celurar no ha funcionado. He hecho varias cosas como eliminar unas aplicaciones innecesarias y actualizarlo a la última verción pero no se he mejorado todavía. Además ha sido lento o no se ha movido de vez en cuando. Hace dos años y medio o más desde que lo compré así que debería comprar uno nuevo.
From a few days ago, my smartphone has not worked so much. I have done various things such as removing some unnecessary applications and update it to the latest varsion but it has not been improved yet. And also, It sometimes has been slow or has not moved. It's been two and a half years or more since I bought it so I should buy a new one.
数日前からAndroidスマホの動作が遅くなった。不要なアプリを削除したり、最新版にアップデートしたりなど色々対策をしてきたがあまり改善されていない。また、動作が遅くなるだけでなく、アプリが強制終了したり固まってしまうこともある。もう2年半以上経ってるしそろそろ買い替え時か。
