Compré una máscara de ojos hace unos días y me la pongo cada noches para evitar frotarme los ojos. Cuando tenía mucha picazón de los ojos, me levanté muchas veces a causa de frotarme inconscientemente los ojos mientras dormía. Ahora la picazón está mejorando pero, antes de dormir, llevo la máscara y pongo una gota para los ojos a mi lado por si acaso. Sin embargo, honestamente, no sé si ha sido útil la máscara. Al levantarme, nunca ha estado en la posición de los ojos. Me pregunto si siempre no puedo dormir bien.
I bought an eye mask a few days ago and put on it every night to avoid rubbing the eyes. When the eyes were very itchy, I got up many times because of rubbing unconsciously the eyes while sleeping. Now the itching is getting better but, before sleeping, I wear the eye mask and put an eye drop by my side just in case. However, honestly, I don't know if the eye mask has been useful. When waking up, It has never been in the position of the eyes. I wonder if I can't always sleep well.
この頃アイマスクを新しく購入し、毎晩それを付けて寝ている。目をこするのを防ぐためだ。目のかゆみがひどい時は寝ている間に無意識で目をこすっていて、そのたびに何度も目が覚めていた。今は目のかゆみもなくなってきたのだが、寝る時には念のためアイマスクを付けて、目薬も手の届く場所に置いてある。しかし実際のところアイマスクが役に立っているかは微妙だ。朝起きたとき、それが目の位置にあったことは今日までに一度もない。今朝は首に巻かれていたし、枕カバーの中から出てきた日だってあった。僕はそれほどにも寝相が悪いのだろうか。

Ayer fue un día libre. En la mañana, tras de meditación y lectura, tomé una lección nativa por treinta minutos desde las diez treinta. Entonces almorcé y estudié español con Duolingo y videos de YouTube. A menudo tengo sueño por la tarde, pero ayer no lo tenía. En la noche, repasé un cuaderno que he hecho, editándolo. Y jugué juegos. Era medianoche antes de que me diera cuenta. Al final me quedé en casa todo el día. Fui a la cama pensando que debería haber dado un paseo.
Yesterday was a day off. In the morning, after meditation and reading, I took a native lesson for thirty minutes from ten thirty. Then I had lunch and studied Spanish with Duolingo and YouTube videos. I'm often sleepy at the evening but yesterday I was not. In the night, I ran over a notebook that I have made, while editing it. And I played games. It was midnight before I knew it. Eventually, I stayed home all day. I went to bed with thinking I should have taken a walk.
昨日は仕事がお休みだった。午前中に瞑想と読書をして、10時半からはネイティブレッスンを30分間行った。その後は昼食を取り、DuolingoやYouTube動画でスペイン語の勉強をした。夕方になるとよく眠くなるが、昨日はそれほど眠くならなかった。夜は自作の文法ノートを編集しつつ復習し、その後はゲームで遊んだ。いつの間にか夜中になっていた。丸一日、家の中で過ごしてしまった。天気が良かったから散歩くらい行けばよかったと少し後悔しながら眠りについた。

Anoche estaba lloviendo y así me mojé mucho mientras estaba caminando hacía la casa. A menudo veo pronóstico del tiempo, pero no lo vi ayer. Por eso no esperaba que lloviera. Me preocupaba si tendría fiebre pero ahora estoy bien. Dejaré mi paraguas en la oficina a partir de ahora.
Last night, it was raining and so I got wet so much while walking toward the house. I usually watch weather forecast, but I didn't watch it yesterday. So I didn't expect that it rained. I worried if I would get a fever but I'm fine now. I will leave my umbrella in the office from now on.
昨晩は雨が降っていて、帰宅中びしょ濡れになってしまった。昨日はたまたま天気予報をチェックしていなかったので、雨が降るとは思っていなかった。風邪をひかないか心配だったけど大丈夫そうだ。これからは万が一に備えて職場に置き傘しておこうかな。

Ayer, en la mañana, hice hábitos tal como meditación, lectura y blog y también ejercicio tras de almorzar. En la tarde, me fui al trabajo. Al caminar, vi mucha tantas personas andando afuera. Especialmente, había mucha gente por la estación. No había visto una escena así en mucho tiempo. Pero no había muchas personas en el tren comparado con eso.
Yesterday, in the morning, I did habit such as meditation, reading and blogging and also exercise after lunch. In the afternoon, I went to work. When walking, I saw many people walk outside. Especially, there were lots of people around the station. I hadn't seen such a scene in a long time. But there weren't so many people on the train compared with that.
昨日は午前中にいつもの習慣（瞑想、読書、ブログ）をやり、昼食を取った後に筋トレ。午後は仕事に行った。外では歩いている人が結構いて、特に駅前はかなり多かった。たくさんの人が外を歩いている光景を見るのは久しぶりだ。でも、その割に電車は空いていた。

Ayer me quedé en casa todo el día. Ya que todavía estaba cansado a causa del trabajo duro del anteayer, no me apetecí hacer ejercicio de rutina. En la mañana, hice todas las rutinas diarias excepto el ejercicio. Después de almorzar, jugué juegos y vi videos de YouTube. A las siete de la noche, me quedé dormido más de una hora. Entonces no pude dormir bien en la medianoche.
Yesterday, I stayed home all day. Since I was still tired because of the hard work of the day before yesterday, I didn't feel like doing routine exercise. In the morning, I did all the daily routines except exercise. After lunch, I played games and watched YouTube videos. At seven in the night, I fell asleep over an hour. So I couldn't sleep well at the midnight.
昨日は一日中、家の中でダラダラ過ごした。一昨日の仕事の疲れが残っていたせいか身体を動かす気になれず、毎日している筋トレも昨日はやらなかった。午前中に筋トレ以外の日課を一通り終わらせ、昼食後はゲームをしたり動画を観たりしていた。夜の7時くらいに少し横になるとそのまま寝てしまった。1時間以上寝た後はすっかり目が覚めてしまい、夜中はなかなか寝付けなくなってしまった。

Estaba bastante ocupado ayer. Muchos compañeros toman algunas vacaciones pagadas durante este período así que tenemos que trabajar con sólo unas pocas personas. Al trabajar, estaba tan ocupado como no podía ir al baño. Después de trabajar, estaba muy cansado, por supuest. Pero también me sentía muy bien porque estaba lleno de contentos que terminé todo el trabajo.
I was too busy yesterday. Many collegues take some paid vacations during this period so we have to work with only a few people. While working, I was quite busy as I couldn't go to toilet. After working, I was tired so much, of course. But I also felt very good because I was filled with fulfillments that I finished all the work.
昨日はかなり仕事が忙しかった。この時期は有給を消化する人が多く、少ない人数でやりくりする日がある。勤務中は休憩どころかトイレに行く暇すらないくらい忙しかったが、作業にものすごく集中できて楽しかった。勤務後は当然疲れたが、やるべきことをすべて終わらせたという達成感や満足感に浸れて、とても気分が良かった。

Voy a cortarme el pelo mañana. Una vez al mes, Yo mismo me corto el pelo. Me he cortado el pelo yo mismo durante tres años. Incluso ahora no soy muy bueno cortándome el cabello pero ya no fallo. Recientemente, he usado un cortador de cabello. Puede cortarlo muy bien así que lo trato con cuidado.
I'm going to cut my hair tomorrow. Once a month, I cut my hair myself. I have cut my hair myself for three years. Even now I'm not good very much to cut my hair but I no longer fail. Recently, I have used a hair clipper. It can cut hair very well so I treat it carefully.
明日は髪を切る予定だ。一か月に一度、僕は自分で髪を切っている。もう3年くらい自分で切っていて、いまだに上手にできないものの変な髪形にはならなくなった。最近はバリカンも使い始めたが、髪がごっそり切れるので慎重に扱っている。
