Hoy hace un clima extraño, de repente lloviendo y tronando. En un día así, es difícil colgar las lavanderías para secar. No quiero secarlas dentro porque me preocupa el olor.
It's strange weather, suddenly raining and thundering today. On such a day, it's difficult to hang out to dry laundries. I don't want to dry them inside because I'm worried about the smell.
今日は変な天気だ。晴れているのに突然大雨が降ったり、雷が鳴ったりしている。こういう日は洗濯物を干すタイミングが難しい。部屋干しは匂いが気になるのでなるべくしたくない。

Recientemente, a veces no hice el entrenamiento con pesas que había hecho todos los días. En realidad, no me gusta hacerlo. Pero debería hacerlo por mi salud, cuyos efectos son grandes.
Recently, I sometimes didn't do weight training I had done every day. Actually, I don't like doing it. But I should do it for my health, the effects of which are great.
僕は筋トレを習慣的に行っていたのだが、この頃サボりがちになっている。筋トレは元々好きではなく、健康のために仕方なくやっているところがあった。でも、筋トレで得られる効果はとても大きいので、嫌でも続けようと思う。

Esta mañana, ha llovido muy fuerte. La lluvia repentina, que continuó durante unos 30 minutos, me sorprendió. Pero aún así, creo que tal aguacero no es raro durante varios años y siempre debería traer un paraguas plegable durante este período.
This morning, it was rained heavily. The sudden rain, which continued for about 30 minutes, surprised me. But still, I think such downpour is not ancommon for several years and I should always bring a folding umbrella during this period.
今日は午前10時頃に大雨が降った。大雨は30分くらいで止んだのだが、突然の凄まじい大雨に驚いた。でも、数年前からこのようなゲリラ豪雨が発生するのは珍しくなくなったように思う。この時期は折り畳み傘を常備する必要がありそうだ。

Ayer caminé una gran distancia de camino a casa del trabajo. Hacía fresco y cómodo en ese tiempo, aunque calor durante el día. Mi ritmo al caminar parece ser más rápido cuando me siento bien, por eso pude llegar a casa 5 minutos más rápido de lo habitual.
Yesterday, I walked a long distance on my way home from work. It was cool and comfortable at that time, although hot during the day. My walking pace seems to be faster when I'm feeling good, so then I could get home five minutes earlier than usual.
昨日は仕事の帰りに長距離を歩いて帰った。昼間は暑かったが夜は涼しくて快適だった。気分が良いときは歩くペースが自然に早くなるようで、普段より5分も早く家に着いた。

No tengo apetito hoy. No me siento mal. Me pregunto si es debido al calor. Debería comer algo porque tengo que ir al trabajo esta tarde y voy a caminar durante 50 minutos de camino a casa del trabajo.
I have no appetite today. I'm not feeling bad. I wonder it's due to the heat. I should eat something because I have to go to work this afternoon and I'm going to walk for 50 minutes on my way home from work.
今日は食欲がない。体調が悪いわけではないのだが、暑いせいだろうか。午後からは仕事があり、その後50分かけて歩いて帰る予定なので、何か食べておかなくては。

Hoy hace tanto calor como después de la época de lluvias. No dormí bien porque ya ha hecho calor está mañana, pero no tengo ganas de dormir por el calor.
It is as hot as after the rainy season today. I didn't have enough sleep because it was already hot this morning, but I don't feel like sleeping due to the heat.
今日は暑い。まるで梅雨が明けた後の真夏のような暑さだ。朝から既に暑くて寝不足なのだが、あまりの暑さに昼寝する気にもならない。

Un juego de smartphone, que descargué hace unos días, fue mucho más interesante de lo que esperaba. Lo he jugado mucho, especialmente en vacaciones. Por eso tengo que asegurar el tiempo para estudiar adecuadamente sin jugar.
A smartphone game, which I downloaded a few days ago, was much more interesting than I expected. I have played it a lot, especially on holidays. So I have to ensure time to study adequately, not playing.
数日前、あるスマホゲームをダウンロードしたのだが、そのゲームが想像以上に面白い。休日はつい時間を忘れるくらいやってしまうので、ゲームをしてもいい時間を決めて、その時間帯以外にはやらないようにする等きっちり対策する必要がある。
