Voy a estar ausente de la lección de mañana. La razón es porque un trabajo de demolición que se ha hecho en el barrio desde la semana pasada es demasiado ruidoso y creo que el sonido interferiría con la lección. Como la construcción se programa hasta el día 30, habrá terminado este fin de semana.

I'm going to be absent from the tomorrow's lesson. The reason is because a demolition work that has been done in the neighborhood from last week is too noisy and I think the sound would interfere with the lesson. As the construction is scheduled until 30th, it will have finished this weekend.

明日のネイティブレッスンは休むことにした。先週からやっている隣の家の解体工事で連日大きな音が響いており、音声通話に支障をきたすと思ったからだ。工事は予定通りなら30日までなので、来週には終わっているだろう。

interferir con　⇔　interfere with：～を妨げる

programarse　⇔　be scheduled：予定されている
